Ontario’s Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) contractors are in the process of negotiating collective agreements with the ICI unionized trades. Our employer bargaining agencies (EBAs) and their bargaining committees are working hard to ensure that collective bargaining agreements are reached that reflect the critical role of trades in Ontario, the state of the infrastructure economy and that are fair to all parties, including contractors.
